PartyGaming Plc is in talks with Bwin Interactive Entertainment AG about a possible merger, the Austrian online bookmaker’s head of investor relations Konrad Sveceny said. The company is also entering into a business deal with London Capital Group.

Partygaming shares rallied 6.2 percent to 285.5 pence, the highest closing level since June 2008.
